We are committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who visits our website or contacts us to discuss trade opportunities. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us. When you submit our contact or enquiry form, we collect:

We do not collect payment card details, identification documents, or sensitive personal data through this website.

In the course of arranging a trade transaction, we may need to share your contact or business information with:

  • Freight forwarders and logistics partners — to coordinate shipment and delivery
  • Banks and trade finance institutions — to process Letters of Credit (L/C) or wire transfers
  • Inspection and certification bodies (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas) — for quality verification
  • Regulatory authorities — where required by applicable law, customs, or port regulations

Any sharing is strictly limited to what is necessary to fulfil your trade request.

International Data Transfers

As an international commodity trading company, we work with buyers and partners across Africa, Europe, and Asia. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where we transfer data to countries that do not have equivalent data protection laws, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual protections with the receiving party. If you are based in the European Union or United Kingdom, these transfers comply with GDPR requirements.

Data Retention

We retain enquiry and business communication records for a minimum of 7 years in line with international trade record requirements. If no trade transaction takes place following your enquiry, we will delete your personal data after 2 years of inactivity. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
